Cothill Sports Centre nominated for Property Award
We are delighted to announce that Cothill Sports Centre has been shortlisted in the prestigious OxPropFest Awards 2024.
The Cothill Sports Centre was completed in July 2023. The state-of-the-art £6m indoor sports complex is the most ambitious project the Trust has undertaken. Two-thirds of the money was raised through a fundraising campaign and the generosity of donors. The Centre has been a great asset to the school facilities and is extremely popular with pupils.
Edgingtons, the architects for the Centre, submitted the project for the Oxford Property Awards (Oxpropfest) as ‘Project of the Year’. The company have also been shortlisted for ‘Architect of the Year’ and the winners will be announced at an Awards Dinner which is being held at Keble College, Oxford on the 12th September.
Judging took place at New College in Oxford and judges commented: "Entries for the 10 awards have been of extremely high quality. The categories of Project of the Year and Employer of the Year (new in 2024) were exceptional compared to previous years, making the choice very difficult for the judges."
