Annual Trust Golf Tournament

The sun was shining and the grounds at Chandlings and Cothill looked glorious for the annual Prep Schools Trust Golf Tournament for pupils on 20th June.

The day began at Chandlings with a masterclass led by professionals from Frilford Heath Golf Club. Teams from Barfield, Chandlings, Cothill, Kitebrook and Mowden then played a round of 9 holes on the Chandlings golf course. Following a delicious lunch, it was on to Cothill for the next 9 holes.
Mark Beard, Trustee presented the prizes at the end of the day and congratulated pupils not only on their excellent play but also on their great sportsmanship throughout the day. Well done to Cothill who just pipped Chandlings to the flag to win the overall prize and the coveted trophy. Well done also to the senior individual winner, George from Mowden and the junior individual winner Emile from Chandlings.
